Whatever you need design-wise, just let us know and let’s see what we can come up with!. There are some limitations but we will guide you on that. The process is simple… 1). Email us with a basic brief so that we can give you an estimate quotation 2). Once the budget has been agreed as viable, we will asy you for graphics and design instructions. 3). Within 24 hours you will have initial visuals, together will outline details of special features / bespoke sounds etc. Any fine tuning can be done at this stage. 4). Once approved, the job is booked and production begins. We issue invoices at this stage. Fully bespoke units require 100% payment in advance. For standard format games we charge 50% deposit upon order, 50% balance at the time of delivery. There are no charges for initial designs. Gamebuilders can turn projects around from concept to delivery in as little as 10 days. In most instances, we need a minimum of 3 weeks to deliver your project but sometimes we can improve on this. Shipping time will vary according to location but most countries can be reached within 5 working days.
